Coordinate the launch and design of Baristina’s in-store displays across DACH, Benelux, and France, ensuring every retail environment is aligned with Baristina’s global brand image. This required precise timing, and efficient coordination among stakeholders worldwide, all while adapting to specific retail requirements within each market.
Solution
By centralising design, customer experience (CX), visualisation, and production under one roof. APS served as Versuni’s single point of contact, facilitating smooth collaboration across regions. This approach allowed for streamlined implementation with minimal adjustments, saving both time and costs. APS guided Versuni from concept development of their permanent POS displays through to the design of temporary POS, creating a cohesive in-store experience across markets that engages customers and showcases the brand’s message seamlessly.
